Long Term Player Development (LTPD) is a scientific model for athlete training and development that respects and utilizes the natural stages of physical, mental, and emotional growth in athletes. The Etobicoke Football Club has embraced LTPD as the backbone of the Club and has incorporated this model in the Club programming and decision making.
